Within 7 Days Before the Tour: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date. This policy is in place due to the advanced logistics and planning required. No-Show or Early Departure: If you fail to show up for the tour or leave early for any reason, no refund will be given. By the Tour Operator: If the tour is canceled by the tour operator due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or safety concerns, a full refund will be provided or, if preferred, an alternative tour date will be offered.
